Volunteer Opportunity: United Way Mini-Golf Tournament

Volunteer Time Needed: 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Join United Way of Hall County as a volunteer for our Annual Mini-Golf Tournament, a fun community event that raises funds to support local programs and initiatives that improve education, health, and financial stability throughout Hall County.
We're looking for friendly, dependable volunteers to help make this event a success. Whether you enjoy greeting participants, assisting with games, or helping behind the scenes, we'd love to have you on our team.
Volunteer Roles
- Registration – Welcome participants, assist with check-in, and distribute event materials.
- Water Station – Keep participants refreshed by distributing water during the event.
- Scorekeeper – Assist with recording scores and tracking tournament results.
- Giveaway Table – Help distribute prizes, promotional items, and participant giveaways.
- Mulligan Table – Assist participants with mulligan purchases and answer questions.
- Raffle Ticket Sales – Sell raffle tickets and encourage participation in our fundraiser.
- Parking Guide – Help direct participants to designated parking areas and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Set-Up & Tear-Down – Assist with preparing the event before it begins and packing up once the tournament concludes.
No prior experience is needed. United Way staff will provide instructions and support throughout the event.
By volunteering, you'll help create a fun experience for participants while supporting the important work United Way of Hall County does every day to strengthen our community.
