Gainesville Housing recognizes that our work is about more than managing quality affordable housing; it is also about providing our residents with the opportunity to access needed health and social services in order to stabilize and improve the quality of their lives.

Our Resident Services program includes comprehensive case management services by professional staff for Housing Authority residents aimed at assisting clients in maintaining successful tenancies. We work to improve the quality of life for our residents while emphasizing dignity, well-being and self-sufficiency.
